We provide home cooked dinners by special arrangement and advance notice - prices subject to menu choices.

We accept advance bookings for stays of two or more nights, but for one-night stays, we can only accept bookings no earlier than one week in advance. |

These RATES are fully inclusive of bed and continental breakfast and no taxes are due. |

•
|
We regret we cannot have children younger than 15 years old to stay, but dogs are welcome provided they sleep in your car. |

|
Usual CHECK-IN TIME is after 3.30pm and CHECK-OUT is by 11.00am. |
Reservation
|
•
|
A deposit of GBP25.00 per person is required with confirmation of booking. |
|
•
|
Payment may be made by cheque (Sterling) made payable to John and Katie Bruce or by PayPal - we simply send you an email bill for payment by card. |

We will send you a map and final details on receipt of deposit. |
Cancellation
|
•
|
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the rooms. |
|

If a cancellation is received by us with less than 7 days notice of arrival date, or the booking is not taken up, the full cost of your stay will be due. However, if we should manage to re-let the rooms reserved, for all or any part of the booking, the charge will be adjusted. Â |

We therefore advise suitable holiday insurance should be taken to cover any loss. |
